To spread peace by increasing awareness of the human cost of terrorism and war, using the lessons of the past to guide present and future leaders toward peace, while providing humanitarian support to those impacted by conflict.

 At Under the Cedar Tree Foundation for Peace, our work is inspired by the cedar tree of Lebanon—a symbol of resilience, shelter, and enduring wisdom. We are guided by these core values:

• Rooted in Truth – We believe that peace is only possible when we face history with honesty and integrity, allowing the lessons of the past to inform the decisions of today’s leaders and communities.

 Under the Cedar Tree will strengthen its outreach and awareness efforts by leveraging the power of storytelling, social media, and strategic partnerships. We will share compelling first-hand accounts of those affected by war and terrorism, amplifying their voices to educate, inspire empathy, and foster global dialogue rooted in historical truth. We will identify individuals and communities in urgent need, and mobilize timely support. This approach will deepen public understanding of conflict’s human cost while expanding our reach and impact through compassionate action and meaningful engagement online and in the real world.
